General Terms
Payment terms: 1% 10th, Net 30 days.
Delinquent accounts are subject to a 1.5% (0.15) per month finance charge.
Product design and prices may change without notice.
Less than boxed quantities will have a $4.00 per box added when applicable.
Return Policy
All claims for shortage, damages, etc., must be made within 14 days after receipt of merchandise.
Prior approval by seller must be obtained before any merchandise can be returned.
Returned products must be in correct carton quantities or they, will be subject to a minimum of 25% restocking charge, final % will depend on number of items and what date the customer purchased them.
After 90 days no returns will be accepted.
Returns of special or non stock items will not be allowed. Non-stock are items we do not keep in our warehouse stock ready to ship.
Warranty
AirTite, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material or manufacturing. AirTite, Inc. further warrants its products for adequacy of design wheb used in accordance with design criteria and properly installed. AirTite, Inc. can not make any representations regarding suitability of use or capacities of the products used in any air systems design. All warranty obligations of AirTite, Inc. shall be limited, at the discretion of AirTite, Inc., to repair or replacement of defective part for non-catalog products designed by a customer and manufactured by AirTite, Inc. and in accordance with customer specifications. These remedies shall constitute AirTite, Inc. sole obligation to and sole remedy to the buyer under his warranty. In no event will AirTite, Inc. be responsible for incidental, conseuential, or special loss or damage. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANDISE OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL SUCH OTHER WARRANTIES BEING HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
Indemnity
Customers modifying products for fabrication or installation or designing special order products for fabrication by AirTite, Inc., shall, regardless of specific instructions to the user, indemnity, defend and hold harmless AirTite, Inc. for any and all claimed losses or damages occasioned in whole or in part by special order or modified products.
